This is a new improved version of Philips DreamWear headgear with arms for the DreamWear Under The Nose and Nasal Pillow Mask. the new improved version with additional curve arm to offer great comfort wearing the mask to sleep. 

It is not compatible with the DreamWear Full Face CPAP Mask and DreamWear Wisp Nasal Mask.
